We're a venture capital-backed AI company on a mission to make cutting-edge technology accessible to older adults through the simple interface they already know - the phone.

Role Description

We're looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up. This isn't just a content creation role - it's an opportunity to become our future CMO as we scale. You'll be responsible for capturing and sharing our founder's story about how seniors want and deserve access to AI technology, creating compelling short-form video content that reaches both seniors and their caregivers.

What You'll Do:

• Film, edit, and produce high-quality long and short-form video content featuring our founder
• Create and optimize content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter/X with emphasis on short-form video
• Develop creative concepts for founder storytelling around seniors, AI, and accessibility
• Write captions, respond to comments, engage with our community across all platforms
• Document conferences, demos, speaking engagements, and company milestones
• Repurpose content strategically across different platforms and formats
• Drive engagement, analyze performance, and implement strategies to expand our reach

Qualifications

• 3+ years of videography experience (filming, lighting, composition)
• Strong video editing skills (any software - we care about results, not tools)
• Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content
• Startup energy and willingness to wear multiple hats
• Based in or willing to relocate to Greater LA area (our office is in Santa Monica)
