Overview

H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team. We offer competitive pay, health, benefits, and other wonderful benefits. This position would work in our Huntersville office Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

What You Can Expect In The Role

• Assist the Social Media Specialist with managing posts for five accounts.
• Work closely with the Social Media Specialist to gather content for all HKB Charlotte and HKB Concord providers, including surgery and med spa.
• Schedule posts and ensure timely publication.
• Engage with our online community by liking, following, commenting, and responding to direct messages on social platforms.
• Assist in editing short-form video clips (for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) as needed.
• Coordinate cross-platform content sharing and engagement.
• Maintain a positive and consistent brand voice in all interactions.
• Support Marketing Team during campaign launches, seasonal projects, and events.

What We Are Looking For In a Candidate

• 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Canva and CapCut, or similar.
• High attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness industries is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
