VVater is a US-based, next-generation water treatment company focused on sustainability and delivering Water for Humankind. The company serves various industries worldwide, including Real Estate, Wastewater Treatment, Municipal Potable Water, and more, with centralized or decentralized water recovery and recycling solutions. VVater also engages in artificial beaches, urban lagoons, wave pools, surf parks, aquatics, sewage treatment, wastewater management, and drinking water initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve VVater's website(s), ensuring high performance and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Implement and oversee SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor website performance and conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage website content updates, ensuring fresh, accurate, and engaging content aligned with our marketing strategy.
• Design and implement backlinking strategies to enhance online presence and authority.
• Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, analyze user behavior, and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align website strategy with digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and manage PPC campaigns to optimize reach and ROI.
• Ensure website security protocols are in place and perform regular backups.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, web development, and digital marketing.
• Provide regular reports on website and SEO performance to management.
• Utilize tools like SEMRush, Meltwater, and other relevant software for market analysis, competitor insights, and SEO optimization.
• Develop and manage multiple landing pages and content delivery solutions.
• Engage in UX/UI design and development for lead generation initiatives and related applications.
• Programming and coding for other applications and usages as required.
• Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in WordPress development, including themes and plugins.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Experience in implementing and managing SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, Meltwater, or similar.
• Understanding of the latest trends in web development and SEO.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of PPC campaign management is a plus.
• Experience with other CMS platforms or web development frameworks is beneficial.
• Experience with other coding languages and databases.
• Experience with application development is beneficial.
