Responsibilities

• Manage studio bookings, check-ins, and client intake.
• Oversee project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello).
• Schedule social posts (Later.com, Hootsuite, or similar).
• Organize files, naming conventions, and asset handoff to editors.
• Provide light creative support: Illustrator/Photoshop graphics, resizing, thumbnails.
• Support sessions: lights, cameras, audio checks, set prep.
• Help create media/content assets to handoff to editors.
• Social media content shooting / concepts.

Skills & Qualities

• Dependable & reliable — shows up on time, delivers consistently.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
• Strong communication skills — professional with clients.
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator & Photoshop).
• Social media fluency & scheduling experience. (familiar with apps like CapCut; Adobe experience a big plus)
• Not afraid of being in front of a camera.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Studio, or MidJourney.

Experience

We’re looking for 2–5 years in a role that blends admin + creative. Potential background:

• Social Media Specialist or Account Manager
• Studio Assistant / Production Assistant
• Creative or Marketing Coordinator
• Social Media Manager (agency or brand side)
• Project Coordinator / Associate Producer
• Administrative Assistant (in a creative/media setting)
• Content Coordinator
• Event Coordinator (with creative overlap)

Compensation & Hours

• Month 1 (probation): $17/hr cash (approx. 30 hrs/week).
• After 30 days: $20/hr cash. (as if someone making $23-$25/hr at W2 equivalent)
• At 90 days: $20/hr cash + performance-based bonus (up to 5% of total client spend on accounts you manage).
• At 6 months: $21.50/hr cash based on performance review + bonus structure remains.
• Hours: ~30 hrs/week to start, or 40 hrs/week for candidates ready to make an immediate impact.
• Growth path: Creative Studio Coordinator → Studio Manager / Creative Lead.
