What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior User Researcher to play a critical role in defining ongoing strategic opportunities for our UGC products. With an emphasis on generative and exploratory research methods, you will be at the helm of continuous evolution and impactful change. Your vision and strategy, grounded in deep user understanding, will chart the course for future innovation. What You Will Do
Help identify the questions we need to answer to move strategy and execution forward. Your insights and discoveries will help inform company strategy, product experiences, and long-term roadmaps. Design, scope, and run user research to fully learn the latent and unmet needs of Scribd and Slideshare users through creative research, spanning generative, iterative, and evaluative methods. Assist multiple product managers, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders with a wide range of research needs, from large and generative to small and tactical. Make research findings relevant and impactful through crafted insights, decks, stories, videos, and testimonials–working to ensure team engagement in user research studies, and foster a common knowledge of research output to drive informed decision making. Build and implement innovative user research processes to meet our product delivery goals. Leverage company-provisioned AI tools to maximize efficiencies in research processes, always maintaining the appropriate level of human oversight necessary for critical research impact. About You
