Marketing Ops/Automation Specialist , you’ll be the architect of that precision. You’ll manage the tech stack, automate lifecycle journeys, and turn raw data into actionable insights. You’ll make sure campaigns run smarter, faster, and with impact that’s always visible. Key Responsibilities
Administer HubSpot and CRM integrations, ensuring systems are optimized and aligned to business needs. Maintain and evolve workflows, lead routing, and reporting structures. Build nurture streams, scoring models, and triggered campaigns across the buyer and customer journey. Partner with Marketing and Sales to design personalized outreach at scale. Data Governance & Privacy
Ensure database integrity, enforce data hygiene best practices, and uphold compliance with GDPR/CCPA. Establish standards for segmentation and reporting. Analytics & Insights
Build dashboards for funnel performance, attribution, and ROI. Provide actionable insights that guide budget allocation and campaign optimization. What You Bring
4–6 years in marketing operations or automation within a B2B SaaS environment. Deep expertise with HubSpot and strong familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel metrics, and campaign analytics. Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and integrations. Experience driving marketing–sales alignment through process design. Analytical mindset with fluency in Excel/BI tools. Clear communicator who can explain technical systems to non-technical audiences. A drive to test, improve, and innovate—always pushing for smarter execution.
