Overview
Technical Product Manager - Marketing Cloud (Salesforce) for STAND 8 Technology Consulting. Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio). Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Develop integrations with external platforms (CRM, ERP, websites, mobile apps) using APIs, ETL tools, and Marketing Cloud Connect. Create scalable, flexible, and high-performing architectures that meet business and technical requirements. Design data models, integration patterns, API strategies, and automation workflows across Marketing and Service operations. Audit existing Salesforce orgs and recommend optimizations; propose new Salesforce features, AppExchange apps, or emerging technologies. Design scalable customer engagement strategies including personalization, segmentation, and automation journeys. Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and organizational policies. Key Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with at least 4+ years in Marketing Cloud. Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations, migrations, and integrations. Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio). Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST), SSJS, AMPScript, SQL queries in Marketing Cloud. Hands-on development experience with Java 17+, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, DocumentDB, SQL. Progressive experience coding and reviewing code; proven experience leading and mentoring a technical team. Regular hands-on contribution as a senior developer in development, automation, testing, and release management; experience with Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities; ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff. Current knowledge of scripting and programming languages, relevant technology trends, and diverse business applications. Benefits
