What You’ll Do
As a Project Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing design concepts from visioning through construction. You’ll collaborate with project managers, senior designers, consultants, and clients to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Support programming, space planning, and FF&E selection.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
- Produce design documentation using Revit and Enscape.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning.
- Ensure code compliance, constructability, and budget alignment.
- Participate in jobsite meetings and construction administration.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in workplace interiors (6+ preferred).
- Strong design sensibility and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with AI tools in design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and emotionally intelligent.
- Knowledge of codes, budgeting, and construction documentation.
- Certification or licensure preferred but not required.
