Executive Producer, TikTok Shop Livestreams We are seeking a highly organized Executive Producer for a new series of beauty-focused TikTok Shop Livestreams in partnership with top creators.

This person will drive the creative vision and lead / influence a new team, as we build a sub-business within SuperOrdinary.

Responsibilities

Ownership of each livestream, responsibility for the final result for each show, and helping the GM build up the production team from scratch

Work with creative producer on: Scheduling livestreams (including prep sessions, rehearsals, regroups), build livestream rundown with product ops and ads team, write show scripts, direct creative strategy during lives, direct host and cameras, run end-to-end production when live

Lead the whole production team to prepare the product strategy for every show, including but not limited to product demos, creative brainstorm, suggest on set decoration, etc.

Optimize live session performance using platform metrics to assess audience engagement both during and post-lives, including product performance and overall session effectiveness; optimize future sessions by working closely with data analyst / strategist

Provide actionable feedback on engagement trends, top-performing products, and areas for improvement; oversee the whole live operation process and work on operation optimization

This role reports to the GM and is full-time onsite in Beverly Hills, CA.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is quick-thinking and solution-oriented, and possesses a deep understanding of both TikTok Shop and beauty.

3-5 years' experience as a team leader / people manager

Deep understanding of TikTok Shop Livestreaming, audience engagement, and the social commerce landscape

Extensive knowledge in the beauty space and passion for beauty content and understand storytelling in beauty

Proven ability to keep the audience engaged while managing multiple conversations and troubleshooting in real time

Excellent written communication skills with experience in creating engaging, clear, and concise content

Ability to track and analyze performance data, using insights to improve future live sessions

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, especially under time pressure

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in identifying areas for improvement without needing extensive guidance

Compensation $140-180k depending on experience
