We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Advertising Sales Representative with proven experience in both digital and print media sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive advertising sales across print publications, digital platforms, and integrated media campaigns for an O.R. Surgical products brand.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Travel to numerous conferences across the country to promote the brand and prospect for new leads.
  • Consultative Selling
  • Understand client marketing objectives and recommend tailored advertising solutions (print, digital display, sponsored content, e-newsletters, events, etc.).
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that highlight value and ROI.
  • Market & Industry Insight
  • Stay current on advertising trends, competitor activity, and evolving digital platforms.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with marketing, editorial, and design teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to refine products and advertising packages.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of proven success in advertising sales (digital and print experience required).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with C-level executives, marketing directors, and media buyers.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising tools (programmatic, display, social, newsletters) and print media landscape.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
