Speechify's Studio is one of our latest products addressing creators' needs to create human-sounding voiceovers with AI text-to-speech, dub videos, clone their voice and more.

This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

We are a flat organization that allows anyone to become a leader by showing excellent technical skills and delivering results consistently and fast. Work ethic, solid communication skills, and obsession with winning are paramount.

Our interview process involves several technical interviews and we aim to complete them within 1 week.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain Speechify's Creator Studio found at speechify.com/studio
  • Integrate AI models to provide state of the art voiceovers, dubbing, voice cloning and more

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • Experience with AWS/GCS and be able to build service architectures leveraging these services
  • Experience building scalable architectures using micro services
  • Experience writing testable code and pushing the bar higher on testing infrastructure
  • Proficiency with React and modern React stack, or NodeJS, or both
  • Understanding low-level JS and be able to profile and optimize SPA FE/backend performance
  • Preferred: video and audio processing experience

  • The United States base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity depending on experience
