Our client, the nation's largest retailer, is looking to hire a Senior Manager UX Design, The Health & Wellness team to design and build products to help millions of customers; patients with their most critical personal healthcare needs. As a member of this team, you\'ll contribute to the design of omnichannel solutions that deliver care to millions of people across our pharmacy, optical, and clinical offerings. You will collaborate across teams to ensure we are serving the whole patient as they navigate their personal health journey. Innovating on the worlds biggest stage, you\'ll get to deliver customer-centric solutions at scale before they walk in the door, after their care occasion, and every step in between.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $175k to $190k. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision for the best customer experience and create a space for cross-functional colleagues to collaborate. Employ Design Thinking to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes.
- Lead and deliver pixel-perfect, highly engaging and usable designs, with the ability to communicate design rationale to a wide audience.
- Design at the highest level of craft for a broad population of the company\'s customers and influence cross-functional partners to drive best-in-class thinking.
- Facilitate conversations, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage collective creativity.
- Own and drive a program of work and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners.
- Recruit the best design talent and mentor the growing team.
- Think holistically to build true end-to-end experiences and champion the Design Thinking philosophy across the business.
- Communicate effectively with kindness and empathy.
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications: Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 7+ years of experience in product design.
- Have a fantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
