• Experience in conducting insurance policy reviews and providing insurance solutions
• Knowledge of current insurance products, industry trends, and regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency with insurance management software and Microsoft Office
• P&C Insurance license required; additional qualifications or certifications are a plus
