Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Service Writer located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Service Writer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining service records, and ordering parts. Daily tasks include providing status updates on vehicle repairs, ordering parts, ensuring accurate data entry, and collaborating with technicians to prioritize and document repair orders.
