Intermediate Game Producer

Location: Remote (LATAM or Compatible Time Zones)

Contract Type: Full-Time

Salary: $14,400 - $18,000

Game Type: Free-to-Play Online Card Battler

We're hiring an Intermediate Game Producer to join a fast-paced PvP-focused online card battler. You'll lead cross-functional squads, drive agile production workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and content.

Responsibilities

• Lead squads in feature/content development
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
• Maintain production timelines and sprint goals
• Prioritise tasks and ensure clear documentation
• Improve production processes and tooling
• Manage outsourcing pipelines
• Collaborate with and mentor other producers

Requirements

• 2+ years in game production
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with external partners/freelancers
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
