Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new P&C business, with a focus on both personal and commercial lines.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular policy reviews, offer coverage adjustments, and manage renewals.
- Collaborate with underwriters and account managers to secure competitive pricing for clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer expert guidance to clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a P&C producer or similar role in insurance sales, with a strong track record of new business generation.
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, both personal and commercial lines.
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote client engagement.
- Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems is a plus.
