We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Design Specialist

to join our dynamic team to support marketing initiatives and product education across the US MDS business unit. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for translating ideas into compelling designs across digital and print media. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with technical proficiency, capable of delivering high-quality design work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical and communications to support campaign and messaging goals Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts that elevate brand identity and adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and accessibility requirements Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards Prepare final artwork for production, including prepress and file formatting for various platforms Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output Continuously seek opportunities to improve visual storytelling and user engagement Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred, Experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree 3–5 years of professional design experience required, preferably in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools including Knak email creation platform Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and mediums Excellent communication skills and ability to receive and apply constructive feedback Excellent time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and a strong sense of typography, color, and layout Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and adapt to shifting priorities Preferred Skills

Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Familiarity with web design tools (Figma or Adobe XD) Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus Work Environment
