Our client, Infojini, is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to design, develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs and instructional materials to support organizational learning objectives. The ISD applies instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and emerging technologies to create effective learning solutions that improve job performance and support organizational goals. Major Duties And Responsibilities

Instructional Design and Development

Conduct systematic training needs analyses using data collection methods including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance assessments Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, blended learning solutions, and multimedia instructional materials Create detailed instructional design documents, learning objectives, assessment strategies, and evaluation criteria Develop training curricula, course outlines, lesson plans, participant guides, facilitator guides, and job aids Design and implement competency-based training programs aligned with organizational performance standards Training Facilitation and Delivery

Facilitate instructor-led training sessions for groups ranging from 5-50 participants Deliver virtual training sessions using various web-based platforms and technologies Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to build internal training capacity Facilitate workshops, seminars, and professional development sessions for diverse audiences Adapt facilitation style to accommodate different learning preferences and organizational needs and cultures Manage classroom dynamics, encourage participation, and address challenging training situations Provide coaching and mentoring support to individual learners and training participants Technology Integration and E-Learning Development

Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Develop interactive e-learning modules, simulations, virtual reality training, and mobile learning applications Integrate multimedia elements including video, audio, graphics, and animations into instructional materials Collaborate with IT specialists to ensure technical compatibility and optimal user experience Stay current with emerging instructional technologies and recommend innovative learning solutions Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience designing and developing training programs using systematic instructional design methodologies Experience facilitating instructor-led training sessions for diverse audiences in classroom and virtual environments Experience conducting training needs assessments and performance gap analyses Experience creating e-learning modules using authoring tools and Learning Management Systems Experience evaluating training effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for improvement Experience managing instructional design projects from inception to completion Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom\'s Taxonomy) Training facilitation techniques and group dynamics management Virtual training delivery methods and web-based training platforms Training evaluation methodologies and assessment development Familiarity with federal training regulations, accessibility standards (Section 508), and compliance requirements Project management principles and methodologies Performance improvement and human performance technology principles Required Skills

Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite) Expert-level training facilitation and presentation skills Virtual training platform administration (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc.) LMS administration and content development Data analysis and evaluation using statistical software and reporting tools Multimedia development, including video production and graphic design Technical writing and instructional documentation Experience working with federal or government agencies is required Senioriy level
