Job Overview – Channel Marketing Specialist: Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000/year + bonus. Location: Stamford, CT. Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid). Atlantic Group is hiring a Channel Marketing Specialist with our client in Stamford, CT. This hybrid role executes multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, social, web, and print, using data analytics to refine targeting and engagement. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and sales teams to create thought leadership, educational content, and channel-specific materials, making this an excellent opportunity for marketing professionals with financial services or asset management experience. Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, print, and web channels. Channel Strategy:
Develop and tailor marketing plans for financial advisors, institutions, and other target audiences. Data & Insights:
Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and use data to refine targeting and optimize campaigns. Content Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create thought leadership, collateral, and investor education materials. Sales Alignment:
Partner with sales teams to ensure communications support channel-specific priorities and business goals. Brand & Compliance:
Ensure consistency with brand standards and compliance with regulatory requirements across all marketing materials. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required. Experience:
3-5 years of channel marketing experience in financial services, asset management, or investment marketing preferred. Technical Skills:
Proficient in marketing automation and analytics platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, ON24, Seismic, Google Analytics, and Tableau. Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of asset management distribution channels, including financial advisors and institutional clients. Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing strategies. Application Notice
