About the Client Our client is a fast-growing, Series A technology company transforming how financial institutions operate in the Private Credit and Direct Lending markets. With a global team of over 100 professionals and a growing commercial presence in New York, they offer sophisticated solutions for portfolio modeling and collateral data management, helping institutional investors optimize their workflows and make smarter decisions. About the Role Your mission is to develop and lead a high-impact B2B demand generation strategy targeting decision-makers at banks, asset managers, and other financial institutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand narrative and scale marketing programs from the ground up in a high-growth, high-opportunity environment. Responsibilities Build and execute a full-funnel B2B marketing strategy with a strong focus on demand generation across digital, content, and field marketing channels. Partner with sales leadership to define, develop, and optimize campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Own content strategy, including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and industry insights tailored to institutional finance audiences. Manage field marketing initiatives, including executive events, roundtables, and sponsored conferences to build brand visibility and customer engagement. Collaborate with product and customer success teams to position solutions effectively and ensure marketing aligns with the needs of financial buyers. Establish KPIs and marketing performance metrics; regularly report on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Build and scale a lean marketing team as the function grows. Requirements 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in a demand generation leadership role. Proven track record building pipeline and revenue-driving programs in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS targeting financial institutions. Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and long sales cycles common in institutional markets. Strong command of content marketing, digital channels, marketing automation platforms, and ABM tactics. Experience leading field marketing and event strategies that complement digital demand efforts. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Based in NYC or willing to commute to the Midtown office 2-3 times per week.
