The Position:
Reporting directly to the Senior Art Director, the Graphic Designer will support Creative Services by producing year-round print and digital assets in collaboration with the Sr. Art Director, Marketing, and Communications teams. Responsibilities include designing large-scale conference materials (backdrops, builds, signage), print collateral (booklets, flyers, cards), and digital content for web, social media, email, and video, while coordinating with vendors and printers as needed. Projects will be managed through Monday.com, requiring the ability to balance multiple priorities under cyclical high-production deadlines while maintaining brand and production standards. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a positive, professional approach, are essential.
Position Responsibilities:
- Create and update mid- and high-level staging print projects (i.e., booths back-drops/builds/posters, etc.) year-round for peer conferences and our annual international conference.
- Create and/or update print collateral (e.g., ads, fliers, postcards, etc.).
- Prepare print jobs correctly for release to printers.
- Create graphics/layouts for various digital platforms and digital signage (i.e. social media, web, video, apps, large format digital screens).
- Create and/or update PowerPoint templates and presentations as well as Word templates. Ensure brand consistency across all substrates, venues and platforms.
- Provide additional assistance on special projects, as needed.
- Assist in the creation of the yearly international conference brand visual program for display, website, and app.
- Help maintain organization of the team’s shared work platform (i.e., Teams/SharePoint) and brand assets, for vendor and in-house staff use.
- Maintain good communication with print vendors, including writing accurate print specs and seeking bids for low-volume and high-volume print projects, when needed.
- Use web print services (Vista Print, etc.) when needed.
- Submit invoices to Finance Dept. and track payment for completed jobs if/when necessary.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in graphic design and production for print and digital platforms.
- 2 years' experience in staging/large signage design.
- Ability to thrive under the pressure of simultaneous jobs and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a calm, friendly and professional presence under pressure.
- Good knowledge and use of typography.
- Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint on Macintosh platform.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics desirable.
- Working knowledge of Adobe XD and Canva a plus.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain working relationships with a broad array of employees and outside parties/vendors.
- Willing to learn and to keep abreast of current design trends/tools such as AI, for web and staging graphics.
- Fast, highly organized, good attention to esthetic and practical detail, responsible, flexible, collegial.
- Able to travel once a year to the organization’s conference site, if necessary.

Physical requirements:
- Please note that this is a hybrid position that will require you to come into our New York Office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
- Some travel may be required, such as to our annual International Conference and Grover Conference.
- You may experience prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing.
- You may experience repeated typing motions involving your wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- You may need to lift or carry up to 15 pounds of work equipment.
Pay Range: We are pleased to offer a range of $70 - $75K for this position.
