Do you love making videos, telling stories, and creating content that people actually want to watch? At Caden Lane, we’re looking for a creative, hands-on Videographer & Content Creator to help bring our baby + parenting brand to life across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and knows how to create scroll-stopping content across platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of moms discover and connect with Caden Lane.

If you’re always filming, editing, or coming up with creative ideas for content, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, film, and edit videos for formats such as lifestyle footage, UGC-style reels, TikToks, testimonials, and branded campaigns.
• Assist with creating long-form content (like nursery tours, parenting tips, behind-the-scenes) and short-form, scroll-stopping clips.
• Work with our team to brainstorm fun, on-trend content ideas.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and social managers to maintain visual continuity.
• Edit videos with consistent style and brand voice.
• Schedule and publish SEO-optimized YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, thumbnails).
• Repurpose YouTube content into shorter clips for other platforms.
• Identify emerging trends in video marketing, YouTube, and social media to keep Caden Lane ahead of the curve.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, engagement) and optimize accordingly.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in video production, editing, content creation, or digital storytelling.
• Proficient with camera equipment (Canon, Sony, etc.), lighting, and audio tools.
• Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, video SEO, and audience growth strategies.
• A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and style.
• Excitement to learn, take feedback, and grow your craft.

Bonus Points For:

• Background in e-commerce or DTV brand storytelling.
• Photography skills or experience capturing stills during video shoots.
• Familiarity with AI content tools, scripting assistants, or basic animation.
