Responsibilities

• Operate the telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Qualifications

Required

• Six (6) months of prior experience as a Communications Systems Operator or in a related role (Call Center, Customer Service, Switchboard, Receptionist).
• Ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers.
• A pleasant telephone voice and the ability to work closely with other operators.

Preferred

• One (1) year hospital-based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.
