We are seeking a high-impact Fashion Trading Manager to support the growth and development of the Fashion business. This role focuses on developing and executing high-impact Trade strategies that strengthen eBay’s position as the trusted marketplace of choice for Fashion worldwide, while also managing the day-to-day fashion trade activities. You will work cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, enhance buyer engagement, and optimize marketplace performance.

Responsibilities

  • Promotional Planning: Support planning and execution of promotional activities to drive sales and enhance category visibility. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns. Support trade plans for Fashion through creation and execution of trackers. Support Account Managers in driving adoption of category-specific trading activity (seasonal events and coupons) and managing budget goals. Oversee all deals budget requests and requirements in collaboration with account management to ensure budgetary goals are achieved.
  • Reporting: Create weekly business review templates; support analysis at a total fashion and initiative level. Assist in creating and maintaining reporting templates for buyer programs like CSAT, eBay Live, and Holiday. Own tracking and analyzing financial metrics for deals.
  • Buyer Activations: Provide category support for merchandising and relevant feedback to support category growth and improved buyer experience. Support Account Managers in driving adoption of category-specific trading activity (seasonal events and Seller-funded coupons). Support Marketing levers across brand building, incentives, and awareness campaigns. Support Trading Managers/Leads in planning and executing consumer-facing buyer events aligned to awareness goals.
  • What You Will Bring: BA/BS with 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, or ecommerce/markets. Execution-driven, growth-oriented, ownership mentality; strong project management and problem-solving skills. Experience managing ambiguity, using quantitative and qualitative insights. Ability to act as the voice of the customer and drive alignment across viewpoints. Deep insight into the digital/marketplace/ecommerce space; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills; results-driven with adaptable style. Effective communication in both large and small group settings; strong executive-level presentation skills. Ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams.
  • Compensation and Benefits: The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $120,700. The total compensation may include a target bonus, restricted stock units (as applicable), and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off). Details will be provided with an offer.
