Meyer is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for the design and production of creative assets and brand collateral to support the marketing and sales of our products, while adhering to current branding strategies. Projects include design for digital and print including: D2C marketing, emails, social media content, landing pages, banners, launch packaging, catalogs, brochures, trade and consumer advertising, POP signage and displays.
Essential Job Duties

At Meyer, we’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Graphic Designer to help us tell the story of our innovative and made-to-last cookware. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our brands’ visual identities. You will work on everything from digital marketing campaigns and social media content to print catalogs and product packaging. If you love good design as much as you love a good cast-iron skillet, this might be your next role.
- Create impactful and on-brand design solutions that meet the objectives of creative briefs.
- Steer projects from concept development through final execution, designing and producing deliverables for both digital and print in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain and evolve brand style guides, ensuring creative accurately represents our brands.
- Collaborate with the team on art direction for photo shoots, select stock photography, create illustrations, infographics, and icons.
- Prepare files for digital and print.
- All other related duties as directed by the Graphic Design Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years as a graphic designer.
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite in a Mac OS environment, with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Familiarity working with Figma and Canva is a plus.
- Strong conceptual and aesthetic skills with an awareness of current trends in design, color, and typography.
- The ability to understand and internalize brand identity, translating it into effective and on-brand marketing materials.
- Solid understanding of the printing process, including pre-press proofing and file preparation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to shifting deadlines.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining best design practices.
- A positive, professional, and collaborative attitude, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively incorporate direction and feedback.
Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily indoors. Lighting is artificial. Tools used include standard office equipment, i.e. computer, telephone, printer/copier; graphic design equipment, i.e. Apple computer, graphics printer, large format printer, cutting board, X-acto and matte knives. Physical demands include sitting, repetitive use of hands, fine dexterity, standing, walking, crouching, kneeling. Hours and days are primarily Monday through Friday, with some overtime and weekends required. Position requires close contact with all Meyer employees, outside vendors, and internal clients.
