Short Description

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong agency experience and the ability to work independently on campaign-level creative. In this roleyou’ll take client briefs and translate them into high-quality visual concepts and assets. We need someone experienced in campaign concepting, creative direction, and execution across a variety of formats.

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaign concepts and creative assets with minimal direction.
  • Design a wide range of deliverables, including social media graphics, paid media assets, and larger campaign executions.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure consistent, high-quality design output.
  • Translate client briefs into creative concepts and final designs independently.
  • Provide creative direction and fresh ideas to elevate campaign visuals.
  • Contribute to brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver diverse campaign assets across digital platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, campaign concepting, and multi-format executions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion design/After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver polished work from brief to final execution.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (not client-facing).
