Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Publisher in Downtown Fredericksburg, VA. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure service standards are met, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with kitchen personnel, maintaining inventory, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The supervisor will also be responsible for promoting a positive work environment and addressing customer feedback effectively.

• Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a team
• Strong understanding of Service Standards and Food Service operations
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to promote a positive and collaborative work environment
• Experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Relevant certifications or training in food safety and management are beneficial
