Who You Are

You’re a digital craftsperson with taste. Part strategist, part stylist, you turn brand guidelines into clean, conversion-focused websites. You think in systems; type scales, grids, components and you design for outcomes: speed, accessibility, SEO, and measurable results. You can wireframe in the morning, finesse micro-interactions at lunch, and QA a responsive build before close. Feedback doesn’t spook you; it sharpens you.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with Ownership and our Project Management, Creative, Social, Media, and Dev teams to plan, design, and launch sites that look great and perform even better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the web design process from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity comps and developer handoff.
  • Design responsive, component-based UI systems that scale across pages and devices.
  • Build or collaborate on builds in platforms like Webflow, WordPress (Elementor), and Shopify when needed.
  • Optimize for outcomes: page speed, accessibility (WCAG), SEO fundamentals, and conversion paths.
  • Conduct audits and improvements on UX flows, IA, forms, navigation, and content hierarchy.
  • Create lightweight prototypes (clickable or motion) to communicate interactions and states.
  • Partner with content & SEO to align messaging, metadata, schema, and on-page structure.
  • Stay current on design trends, tooling, and best practices—then bring those ideas to the team.

What You Bring

  • Proven web design experience with a portfolio showing responsive sites, design systems, and measurable results.
  • Platform familiarity: Webflow, WordPress, Shopify (bonus if you can build simple pages/components).
  • UX fundamentals: wireframing, user flows, IA, accessibility, and conversion-minded design.
  • Web basics: understanding of HTML/CSS constraints.
  • Performance & SEO awareness: layout, assets, alt text, semantics, and Core Web Vitals considerations.
  • Clear communication & collaboration—you take ownership, hit deadlines, and play well with others.
  • Growth mindset: curious, adaptable, and energized by feedback and fast turns.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.
  • Understanding of CRO, funnel strategy, and form best practices.
