Overview Our client in the luxury real estate space is looking to hire a full-time Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is based in The Bahamas with travel to the property 6-12 times per year. The team is looking for someone based in South Florida for this role.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our brand in the luxury market. Work with an on-site Communications Coordinator on email, messaging, social media and other member marketing collateral Help to oversee and coordinate on-site photo and video shoots Lead digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and conversion. Manage event strategy and execution, including planning, coordination, and post-event analysis. Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, analytics, and lead generation efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment on marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth. Create compelling content for branding and marketing materials that resonates with our target audience. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury brands. Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing strategies and tools. Proven ability to manage and execute successful branding and activation campaigns. Experience in event planning and execution, particularly within the luxury sector. Familiarity with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Seniority level
