The Senior Manager - Marketing Operations is an integral member of the marketing team, ensuring a high-performing marketing operations function. This role oversees the Marketing Tech Stack, ensures technical execution of marketing programs, and improves lead processes with the Marketing Automation Platform and CRM. It requires in-depth knowledge of B2B lead management operations and a strong analytical background, and supports sustaining and evolving the marketing operations team under the VP of Marketing. Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of HubSpot including systems administration, creation of marketing assets (emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows), and act as the technical point of contact. Drive marketing performance reporting and conduct in-depth ROI analyses used by Marketing Leadership; provide high-level insights into data trends and recommend actionable measures. Enhance the marketing reporting suite and related tools and processes to increase KPI visibility and measurement. Manage marketing operations initiatives and drive process enhancements focused on improving lead follow-up and marketing attribution. Oversee the ongoing hygiene of marketing lead data using Salesforce and HubSpot, and identify operational improvements by running data analysis projects on the marketing lead funnel (leads, MQLs, SALs, SQLs, Wins). Proactively recommend optimizations to marketing lead flow and operations, execute them, and relay outcomes to the broader marketing team. Manage direct report(s), driving individual performance, career growth, and providing ongoing mentorship and development support. Lead HubSpot website chat operations in collaboration with the Sales Development Team to ensure quick response times and proper handling of chat visitors and conversations. Flawlessly execute technical work in the marketing operations stack with tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Sendoso, Dreamdata, Monday.com, and more. Qualifications
High level of positive energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment; self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to propose detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and deliverables, and finalize plans with the VP and Directors. Extremely high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management skills; able to multitask and manage multiple projects of varying complexity. Proactively seeks learning opportunities, adapts to change, and processes new information quickly. Clear communication with internal stakeholders, acting with urgency and appropriately scoping timeframes and effort for marketing operation requests and tickets. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams. Strong written and verbal communication across teams and seniority levels; receptive to constructive feedback. Train members across marketing and sales on lead management processes, tools & technology, lead SLAs, and marketing campaign attribution. Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, and marketing program management. Experience with Salesforce CRM is required. Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua or similar; Certified HubSpot Marketing Software is a plus. Knowledge of integrations and connectors for marketing tools. Knowledge of B2B marketing software such as Goldcast, On24, Wistia, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Demandbase, or similar. Experience with marketing attribution model solutions like Full Circle, Bizible, Dreamdata or similar is preferred. Travel Requirements
Travel for this position may include quarterly travel to attend internal and external meetings, subject to business needs and opportunities. Supervisory Responsibilities
