VP of Marketing role at Billd. Billd is a fast-growing fintech company aiming to disrupt a $1.5 trillion industry with industry-leading financial and technology products for commercial subcontractors. The role reports to the CEO and works with the GTM executive team to drive growth across customer acquisition channels. The mandate is to support 30% annual growth in core financial products while launching several new products and channels. The Austin, TX headquarters uses a hybrid work model (one day per week remote). Responsibilities

Pipeline Growth – Deliver marketing-sourced pipeline that supports 30% annual revenue growth in core products; build demand for new product launches and channel expansions. Revenue Alignment – Partner with Sales leadership to create a cohesive customer experience and delivery of value proposition. Demand Generation Execution – Design and optimize multi-channel programs (ABM, paid digital, outbound support, events) with focus on new logo velocity and CAC:LTV. Content & Messaging – Lead thought leadership, case studies, video, and digital campaigns to engage subcontractors and partners. Channel Marketing – Build high-performing referral and co-marketing campaigns with suppliers, technology partners and Predictable Pay. Analytics & Attribution – Establish funnel tracking, pipeline velocity, and ROI; optimize spend and programs using data-driven insights. Team Leadership – Build and lead a marketing team focused on execution speed, accountability, and measurable results. Brand Growth – Ensure consistent brand and messaging across channels and tie brand awareness to pipeline and revenue. Agency Management – Manage external agency(s) that handle performance marketing. Qualifications

10+ years in B2B marketing with significant experience in demand generation and growth marketing. Proven track record delivering marketing-sourced pipeline that supports double-digit annual revenue growth in a high-growth company. Expertise in paid media, campaign optimization, and attribution modeling across digital and ABM channels. Strong command of growth metrics: CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, funnel conversion rates, and marketing ROI. Experience launching marketing strategies for established products and new product rollouts. Skilled in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Metabase). Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration; comfortable working with executive leadership. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Why Billd?
