Consilio is seeking a
Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist
to join a boutique law firm in Washington DC.
Title:
Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist
Hybrid:
3 days in office, 2 remote
Reports To:
COO and General Counsel
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $70,000 (DOE)
Base pay range:
$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Social Media Management
Develop and schedule content across the firm’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Monitor social media trends and industry news to identify engagement opportunities.
Engage with followers, monitor interactions, and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
Track analytics and performance metrics; prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Content Creation & Communications
Draft, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, client alerts, internal announcements, press releases, and other firm communications.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to highlight firm achievements, case wins, events, and community involvement.
Assist in the development of content calendars and marketing campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and legal industry standards.
Website & Digital Support
Support updates to the firm website, including news posts, attorney bios, and event listings
Optimize content for SEO and accessibility when applicable
Assist with the coordination of email campaigns and e-newsletters
Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.
Coordinate internal communications and support firm-wide initiatives and events.
Assist with administrative tasks related to communications and marketing as needed.
Work closely with the Client Relationship and Intake Paralegal to turn social media comments and inquiries into prospective clients or other marketing opportunities.
