Sobi is seeking a Director, US HCP Immunology Marketing to lead the development and execution of the healthcare professional marketing strategy for a novel infused therapy for uncontrolled gout. Reporting to the Executive Director of Immunology Marketing, this high-impact, high-visibility role provides the opportunity to shape a landmark product launch and bring an innovative treatment option to patients. This is an individual contributor role that is flexible on location. Travel to the Sobi office (Waltham, MA) is expected when needed if candidate is remote. Strategic Development, Pull Through & Tactical Execution Develop and own the US HCP marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand and franchise objectives Define the HCP launch plan, including positioning, core messaging, campaign concepts, and channel mix Lead development of HCP promotional materials, ensuring they are strategically aligned and fully compliant with regulatory, legal, and medical standards and meet the needs of customer and internal audiences Market Insights & Analytics Partner with analytics, market research and cross-functional partners (e.g., medical) to gather and distill insights, validate business opportunities, optimize marketing mix, and monitor ROI of marketing programs Identify and address drivers and obstacles to brand adoption among target HCPs to inform brand strategy and franchise planning Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with the Director, Market Development as well as the Associate Director, Nursing & Site of Care Education to ensure strategic continuity, message consistency and a seamless customer experience across shared stakeholders and sites of care Partner closely with the Sales Leadership Team to create field tools and training that build clinical confidence and conviction among HCPs Cultivate strong relationships and drive collaboration with all cross functional partners including sales, medical affairs, commercial operations, sales training, regulatory, legal, analytics and market access Other Support development and execution of key meetings, such as Launch and National Sales Meetings Manage external vendors and the HCP marketing budget, ensuring delivery of timely, on-budget, high-quality deliverables Lead other cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure successful commercialization Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience : 8+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech marketing experience, with at least 4 years in HCP marketing Proven track record of leading US HCP marketing for a specialty biologic or buy-and-bill product (e.g., rheumatology, oncology, immunology) Demonstrated success in product launches (pre-launch through commercialization) Skills & Competencies : Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans and tactics High comfort level interpreting and communicating complex clinical data, including mechanism of action, pivotal trial designs, and efficacy / safety data Ability to translate sophisticated scientific information into compelling, compliant messaging for HCP audiences Deep understanding of buy-and-bill reimbursement models, specialty distribution, and infusion provider dynamics Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong vendor / agency management, budget oversight, and presentation abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “hands-on” culture Ability to communicate effectively across functions and with external stakeholders; demonstrated excellence in terms of (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills Ability to exercise strong judgement and live up to high ethical and compliance standards Committed to 1) exemplifying Sobi’s core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership, Partnership and 2) delivering a customer experience in line with our experiential tenets Travel as needed :

Additional Information Compensation and Total Rewards at Sobi Base salary range: $175,000 - $240,000. Eligible for short-term and long-term bonuses Our benefits include a competitive 401(k) match, tuition and wellness reimbursements, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and additional recognition awards The base salary range for this role is $175,000- $240,000. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location.
