Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor inside sales teams to achieve performance goals and foster growth.
• Spend dedicated time on the showroom floor to engage with customers and staff, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to support business growth.
• Evaluate sales performance through metrics and reporting, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on business objectives and performance targets.
• Utilize cloud-based systems to manage operations, reporting, and data analytics effectively.
• Travel regularly to other locations to support sales efforts and team development.
• Shape and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Organize and participate in marketing events to promote products and services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a cohesive and motivated sales team.• A proven track record in sales management, preferably in the appliance, construction, or interior design industries.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading sales teams to achieve results.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain vendor and client relationships.
• Proficiency with technology and cloud-based systems for operations and reporting.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as required to support regional sales efforts.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing environments.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and identify opportunities.
• Leadership capabilities to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
