Maintain knowledge of the property’s products and services to effectively represent the property to referral sources and prospects. Walk the community tour route each day to ensure readiness for daily tours; provide tours as a backup to the Marketing Department. Handle inbound inquiries, complete inquiry information cards, manage the ups list, enter data into the marketing database, and follow up with all correspondence. Qualify prospects, guide tours, and assist with deposits using the sales process as needed. Plan and manage marketing events within approved budgets; participate in resident, family inquiry, and referral source events. Serve as a liaison for residents and families to ensure a smooth transition for new residents. Follow a new move-in checklist accurately and thoroughly.
