Responsibilities

• Implement and support healthcare-focused direct-to-consumer (D2C) and healthcare professional (HCP) campaigns across various channels
• Collaborate with strategic leads to develop campaign and audience strategies for managed and self-serve customers
• Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
• Compile regular client-facing campaign reports, including optimizations and recommendations
• Troubleshoot audience segment delivery issues and escalate operational challenges with suggested solutions

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in digital media, ad or marketing technology, or ad operations
• Baseline knowledge of digital marketing
• Strong analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding environments
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Knowledge of advertising operational tools like LiveRamp
• Understanding of media vendors, data partners, SSPs, and DSPs
