What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own the creation, deployment, and maintenance of in-app messaging, including tooltips and onboarding flows
• Write and maintain user-facing documentation such as knowledge base articles and how-to guides
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new features and translate them into clear content
• Help draft release notes and ensure all content meets voice and tone guidelines
• Use Pendo analytics to measure engagement and make data-driven improvements

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 2–5 years of experience in content writing, UX writing, technical writing, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Pendo or comparable in-app messaging platforms
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
• Understanding of user experience principles and content's role in product design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in SaaS or software product environments
• Familiarity with content management tools
• Basic HTML/CSS or experience with web-based authoring tools
• Experience with analytics or A/B testing tools for content decisions
