What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Interpret complex technical descriptions into user-friendly content

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 2-3 years of experience in technical writing and editing for the SaaS industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in various content mediums
• Proven understanding of DITA and experience with authoring software and CMS publishing
• Familiarity with basic web design concepts and HTML markup
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of 3D modeling and 3D graphics
• Background in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or Computer Science
• Experience with multiple operating systems such as Windows, Android, and MacOS
