What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Create and maintain a library of sales support materials, including presentations, messaging, and digital resources
- Customize and deliver opportunity-specific materials for sales teams with quick turnaround times
- Develop repeatable playbooks, templates, and checklists for efficient production of materials
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet material requirements
- Track production metrics and gather feedback to improve sales materials over time
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience in marketing, sales enablement, or business development
- Strong understanding of commercial sales, federal contracting, and business development processes
- Excellent writing and editing skills tailored to federal audiences
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or video editing tools is a plus

- Experience working with vendors and production partners for print, video, and design
- Strong project management skills with a focus on detail and organization
- Ability to balance quick-turn requests with longer-term process development
