What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather insights for design improvements
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web/mobile interfaces in a Microsoft Dynamics 365/.NET environment
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to ensure designs meet accessibility and performance standards
  • Define and track UX metrics to enhance user satisfaction and iterate designs based on feedback
  • Contribute to the UX design system and documentation to ensure consistency across user experiences

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Researcher and Designer in complex, enterprise, or federal health/digital service environments
  • Hands‑on experience in user research methods and usability testing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design deliverables
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG) and inclusive design practices
  • Bachelor’s degree required
