What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather insights for design improvements

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web/mobile interfaces in a Microsoft Dynamics 365/.NET environment

Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to ensure designs meet accessibility and performance standards

Define and track UX metrics to enhance user satisfaction and iterate designs based on feedback

Contribute to the UX design system and documentation to ensure consistency across user experiences

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Researcher and Designer in complex, enterprise, or federal health/digital service environments

Hands‑on experience in user research methods and usability testing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design deliverables

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG) and inclusive design practices

Bachelor’s degree required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with front-end engineering teams and translating technical constraints into user-friendly designs

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams

Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable user impact from design work
