What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Plan and execute in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept testing, usability testing, and surveys.

Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights.

Translate research outcomes into clear, strategic narratives for cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to inform product development.

Maintain high standards of research ethics and data integrity.

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in UX research or related fields, ideally with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

Experience conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept testing, usability testing, and surveys.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Must be authorized to work in the US.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with mixed-methods research (combining qualitative & quantitative).

Familiarity with product design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Experience working in large tech companies or fast-paced environments.

Background in verticals relevant to the team (e.g., community, groups, social).
