The Opportunity

We are seeking a Creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with strong skills, bold ideas, and a passion for visual storytelling to make an impact in the commercial real estate industry.

The right candidate will have current or recent experience in commercial real estate design and a portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative projects. This is not just another design role—this is a chance to put your creative stamp on high-profile properties and campaigns, with genuine opportunity for growth within the marketing department.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing materials that drive leasing and property promotion, including:
• Brochures, site plans, and maps
• E-blasts and digital campaigns
• Signage and property branding
• Social media content
• Presentations
• Video and motion graphics (preferred)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative concepts align with brand identity and project goals.
• Manage projects from concept through completion, balancing creativity with accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative design work.
• Must have expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Photoshop
• Current or recent experience in commercial real estate design strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects at once.
