Top talent agency is seeking a Lifestyle Partnerships Coordinator to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for personal branding and storytelling, a deep understanding of fashion trends, the ability to predict industry shifts, and a strong interest in fashion and lifestyle influencing.

Responsibilities

• Compose brand partnership pitches.
• Update and maintain clients’ social calendars.
• Continue to foster and grow existing relationships with PR and brand contacts.
• Maintain clients’ existing partnerships as well as produce outreach for future partnerships.
• Ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered in a timely manner.
• Schedule meetings and send product requests.
• Stay informed about fashion trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and opportunities for stylists.
• Negotiate contracts and terms for stylists, ensuring favorable agreements that align with both stylist and client objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the success of styling projects, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong network of contacts in fashion, and PR agencies specifically in the influencer space.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting business by email and phone.
• Problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks.
• This role is based out of our Los Angeles office, and will require a presence in the office 4-5 days a week. General working hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Details

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (DOE)

Location: Los Angeles, CA (office-based 4–5 days per week).
