With handcrafted bowls, wraps, and dips made from scratch daily, we’re redefining fast-casual dining — and we’re looking for a creative, social-savvy storyteller to help us share that experience across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Role Overview
As mezeh’s Social Media Manager, you’ll be the brand’s voice and vision across social media, producing compelling, platform-specific content that drives engagement, builds community, and grows our digital presence. We don\'t want cookie-cutter - we\'re looking for someone who can bring our vibrant food and restaurants to life in bold, engaging ways! You’ll travel to mezeh locations to capture video and photo assets, edit and publish content, manage online conversations, and collaborate with our marketing team to align with broader campaign goals.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy (60%)
- Develop original, high-quality content tailored for Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok audiences
- Shoot and edit photo/video content at mezeh locations
- Align posts with our marketing calendar (email campaigns, product launches, new store openings, seasonal events, etc.)
- Collaborate with the digital marketing coordinator on content for paid social ads
- Plan and pitch new content series, trends, or formats to engage our audiences
Community Management (15%)
- Respond to comments, DMs, and tags to foster a fun, responsive brand voice
- Engage with customers and fan content to build loyalty and boost visibility
- Track UGC opportunities and repurpose where appropriate
Ambassador Program Support (10%)
- Manage relationships with mezeh’s micro-influencer brand ambassadors
- Coordinate content prompts, track participation, and help grow the program
Reporting & Optimization (15%)
- Monitor content performance using native and third-party analytics tools
- Prepare regular reports highlighting growth, engagement, conversions, and learnings
- Adjust content strategy based on performance and audience insights
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Follower growth across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments, saves, etc.)
- Website visits and online purchases driven from social
- Brand ambassador engagement and content quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience creating content for social media (restaurant or lifestyle brand experience a plus)
- Proven ability to shoot and edit high-quality video and photography
- Deep understanding of platform trends, content formats, and audience behavior
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Meta Suite)
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to travel independently to mezeh locations regularly for shoots (25–50% travel)
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if you have:
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience managing influencer programs
- A personal social media presence or portfolio showcasing creative work
