As we narrow the gap between traditional and onchain markets, we need compelling visual content to explain our revolutionary approach, visually.
The Role
We’re hiring a Motion Designer who can bring financial concepts to life through motion graphics and video content. You'll be our visual storyteller, helping institutions and users understand how tokenized assets can transform global finance.
What You'll Do
- Create motion graphics that explain complex tokenization and trading concepts
- Produce explainer videos that make institutional-grade financial infrastructure accessible
- Develop marketing content for partnerships, product launches, and thought leadership
- Design visual content for social media, presentations, and educational materials
- Collaborate with the team to establish our visual brand and content strategy
- Clip long form interview, speeches and more to create digestible short form videos for socials
- Work on both technical explainer content and broader marketing initiatives
What We\'re Looking For
- Strong motion graphics skills (we\'ll provide examples of the style we\'re looking for during the interview process)
- General video editing capabilities for diverse content needs
- Experience creating explainer videos and marketing content
- Ability to take complex technical concepts and make them visually compelling
- Self-directed with strong project management skills
- Hunger to learn and grow - we value potential over traditional experience markers

Location & Team
- Preference for NYC, remote acceptable (EST timezone Mandatory)
- Report directly to Head of GTM
- Work closely with Design Lead, but collaborate across all of GTM
