As we narrow the gap between traditional and onchain markets, we need compelling visual content to explain our revolutionary approach, visually. The Role We're hiring a Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition and institutional adoption of our democratized trading infrastructure. This leader will build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Theo as the bridge between elite quantitative trading strategies and accessible onchain finance. Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies that communicate how Theo democratizes formerly inaccessible high-frequency trading strategies Drive user acquisition by positioning our infrastructure as the solution to historical barriers in quantitative finance Create engagement campaigns that highlight our permissionless access to powerful market-making strategies Build retention strategies around our fully automated, high-performance systems that adapt to all market conditions Position Theo as the a Full Stack Tokenization Platform that scales with user demand while maintaining institutional-grade performance Qualifications

Proven experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, and retention across both traditional and crypto markets Deep understanding of tokenization, RWAs, and institutional finance requirements Ability to translate complex tokenization concepts into compelling marketing narratives for diverse audiences Experience marketing to both retail crypto users and institutional investors Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance across multiple channels Understanding of regulatory compliance and institutional-grade infrastructure requirements Bonus:

Background in fintech or traditional finance marketing, experience with B2B2C go-to-market strategies, familiarity with institutional sales processes Our Values
