What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and create user-centric solutions
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for web and mobile applications
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including coding and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions using C# .NET
• Present design concepts and iterate on designs based on usability testing feedback

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be a US Citizen with IT-II security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and full stack development
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Active Secret clearance preferred
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (such as jQuery and Angular), and ORM tools like ADO.NET
• Familiarity with responsive design and web/mobile standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams
