Qualifications

Looking for Sr/Principle UX designer, who can work 5 days onsite in Jersey city.

• You are obsessed! You have a powerful impulse to improve existing designs, invent new experiences, and perform better than our competition.
• You exhibit a strong build sensibility and can easily transform intricate challenges into concise client solutions.
• You show a competence and enthusiasm for working in / across teams and can manage stakeholders.
• You have excellent communication.
• You have a broad set of design skills, which might include visual and graphic design, information architecture, prototyping, front-end coding, strategic design methods (such as design thinking), user research, or writing.
• You can get a little nerdy about at least one of the design skills above.
• You are fluent in UX and other design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
• You are familiar with design systems and how to use them.
• Design brings you joy, and it shows.
