Vice President, Global Partner Marketing Role Overview As the
Vice President, Global Partner Marketing , you will drive Cloudflare’s worldwide partner marketing strategy. Reporting to the Chief Partner Officer, you will build and scale a global marketing function that empowers and engages our partner ecosystem, including channel partners, distributors, GSIs, MSPs, SPs, and technology alliances. This is a strategic leadership role requiring visionary thinking, operational excellence, and executive collaboration. You will lead a high-performing team to create and execute data-driven marketing programs that increase partner-sourced revenue, expand market reach, and position Cloudflare as a top partner of choice. You will work closely with partner sales, product marketing, field marketing, and corporate communications to drive joint pipeline, increase partner-sourced revenue, and scale impact of our partner programs. Key Responsibilities Executive Strategy & Vision:
Define, own, and evangelize the global partner marketing vision and strategy. Align marketing with Cloudflare’s corporate goals and partner sales objectives to drive growth across partner segments. Global Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead a global partner marketing organization. Foster accountability, innovation, and collaboration to maximize performance and impact. Ecosystem Demand Generation:
Create integrated co-marketing campaigns and repeatable programs that generate a robust joint pipeline with strategic partners. Oversee MDF usage to drive measurable ROI. Partner Enablement & Communications:
Architect a comprehensive partner enablement strategy. Ensure partners have messaging, content, and tools to sell Cloudflare effectively. Performance & Analytics:
Establish and track a global KPI dashboard to measure partner marketing impact, including partner-sourced revenue, pipeline, and engagement. Use data to inform decisions and optimize strategies. Qualifications Strategic Leadership:
15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 7 years in senior leadership focusing on global partner or channel marketing in SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud. Executive Presence:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to engage and influence C-level executives, internally and with partners. Global Experience:
Proven success building and leading global, distributed teams and developing high-impact marketing strategies across regions and partner types. Partner Ecosystem Expertise:
Deep knowledge of partner ecosystems, including GTM motions with resellers, distributors, GSIs, technology alliances, and marketplaces. Data-Driven Mindset:
Strong analytical skills to define metrics, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Technical Acumen:
Understanding of modern marketing technologies, including PRM systems, partner automation platforms, and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce). What Makes Cloudflare Special?
